We establish business relationship between cameroonians and foreigners; we orientate and give advices to young Cameroonians who are eager to study abroad and assist those who wish to immigrate legally abroad: Canada, Australia and New Zealand; we sell flight tickets. 	I lived and studied in Soviet Union from October 1988 – June 1989 (Kishinev State University preparatory Faculty) October 1989 - June 1994 (St Petersburg - Russia).My Russian’s friends were very kind and they like foreigners. I am very unhappy today to know that St Petersburg has become a xenophobic city. It’s regrettable that this happens when I was intending to visit the city ant its University again after 13 years. I’ve never forgotten all the good souvenirs I gathered during my five years studies at the beginning in Leningrad and after St Petersburg State University. I still keep in memory the students hostel located not far from PRIBALTISKAYA GOSTINITSA “OULITSA KOROBLESTROITELEI DOM 20, Metro Primorskaya where I lived during my five years studies in St Pertersburg. I would have loved to visit the city again but I am very afraid of my life. Could you please give me advises regarding security if I am eager to visit St Petersburg? Since 13 years that I left, many new things may have come out am I right? I haven’t got the opportunity to practise the Russian language during this long moment; nevertheless, you canwrite in Russian. I can read and understand the language again.
